We’re thrilled to once again welcome Bass & Flinders Distillery, one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most celebrated producers of handcrafted spirits, for an evening of exceptional gin and food. And this time, the night will be personally hosted by Hollie Klintworth, CEO of Bass & Flinders, who will guide you through each of the gins and share the stories behind them.
Across the evening you’ll enjoy five of Bass & Flinders’ signature gins, each showcasing the distillery’s dedication to quality, innovation, and the unique character of our region. Every gin is paired with a tapas course designed by our chefs to complement and elevate each sip. Expect a menu that’s full of flavour, crafted with fresh local ingredients, and matched to perfection — a true collaboration between distiller and kitchen.
