Something a little different is coming to The Kitchen this winter.
On Friday, July 3rd, we’re handing the reins to our Sous Chef Sashi, who’ll be taking us back to his roots with a menu inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka.
Think warming spices, slow-cooked curries, fresh herbs, and dishes designed to be shared — the kind of food that tells a story with every bite.
This will be a one-night-only experience, with a multi-course menu showcasing authentic Sri Lankan dishes, thoughtfully paired with local wines.
We’re still finalising the full menu and pairings, but trust us — this is one worth getting around.
