A Sri Lankan Dining Experience at The Kitchen
Join us for a one-night-only six-course dining experience inspired by the Sri Lankan heritage of our Sous Chef, Sashika.
Built around bold spices, fragrant curries, fresh seafood and rich slow-cooked flavours, this menu is a personal reflection of the food Sashi grew up with — reimagined through the relaxed style of dining we love at The Kitchen.
Rather than a formal matched wine dinner, the bar will be open throughout the evening with local beers, wines and cocktails available to order as you please. We feel this style of food is best enjoyed socially — with a drink in hand, good conversation around the table, and flavours designed to be explored at your own pace.
