IT’S BACK BABY!

Come and join us as we bring out the smoker, the beers & the wines for our monthly special at The Hidden Kitchen!

Cooking out the back in our courtyard, our smoker will be well & truly loaded with all things delicious & meaty. We’ll be offering up it all on trays to share (or not, who are we to judge) and will include Texas style beef brisket, jerk chicken, smoky bratwurst sausage, mac & cheese, boston baked beans, crunchy ‘slaw, perfectly-acceptable-but-only-at-a-Texas-BBQ home brand sliced white bread & more condiments than you can shake a stick at!

Also, we’ve secured a nice little liquor license for the day so we’ll also be offering heaps of local craft beer, local ciders & peninsula wines to wash it all down with. Depending on how we go with pulling it all together, I may even have a bit of time in the afternoon to pull out the decks & play some laid back house if the weather permits, which will probably end up at the funky & disco side of things, by way of old school & Ibiza classics on the way, by the end of the day… So it should all be plenty of fun!
