Join us for an indulgent evening of food & wine in the company of local winemaker Michael Kyberd.
Michael and his grapes for his spectacular Kyberd Wine range, hail from Main Ridge, and Michael is also responsibly for the excellent wines produced at Red Hill winery, Stony Hill.
Michael will be hosting an evening of wine talk, laughter, fine food & superb matched wines on Friday 14th October. Seven indulgent courses of delicious food, perfectly paired with matched wines from Michael's range and beyond.
A 6:30pm arrival for a 7pm sit down, with food and wine as follows:
Nibbles & Wine on arrival: Dogarina Prosecco Brut, Venato, Italy
First Course: Carpaccio of beetroot, goats cheese, candied walnuts, baby herbs, smoke
Wine: 2017 Stony Hill Chardonnay, Red Hill, M'ton Pen, Vic
Second Course: Seared scallop, essence of tomato, chive oil, squid ink biscuit
Wine: 2018 Kyberd Chardonnay, Main Ridge, M'ton Pen, Vic
Third Course: Ballotine of chicken, sage & chestnut farce, braised cavolo nero, sticky sauce
Wine: 2017 Stony Hill Pinot Noir, Red Hill, M'ton Pen, Vic
Fourth Course: Eight hour lamb shoulder, roasted beetroot, marinated fetta, sweet potato crisps
Wine: 2018 Kyberd Pinot Noir, Main Ridge, M'ton Pen, Vic
Fifth Course: Refresher of green apple granita
Wine: Madam Coco Brut Blanc de blancs, Aude Valley, France
Sixth Course: Vanilla bean panna cotta, spiced poached berries

Seventh Course: Bittersweet dark chocolate tart, honeycomb
